This machine replaces the 20-year-old machine I had which still worked but did not have this much capacity. I found it very easy to install and with the large capacity the unit is hard to beat. I was able to washer a king size comforter with ease. I love the direct drive low noise motor. Great machine and I hope it is still running 20 years from now.

STILL DONT HAVE OUR WASHER

We ordered a washer and dryer almost 3 weeks ago. The process has been an absolute cluster in which we still do not have our washer. Not to mention when our dryer was delivered nobody installed it and the old one wasnt taken away. Someone from your Presidential Liaison team has connected with us and hasnt helped at all unfortunately. I dont know what else we need to do to get our washer but its been Uber frustrating. Please advise and send us what we paid for.

Been using this washer since December and it works great Very quiet. I like the Turbo wash feature for a shorter time and the option to add extra water if you want. Since I am short in height I need to use a step stool to reach the bottom when taking out the clothes but no big deal. Would definitely recommend this washer.

I bought this washer a bit over a month ago after having a washer and dryer set that was 25 or more years old. I honestly didnt even realize how unclean our clothes were getting until we got a new set. This washer is AMAZING. our clothing smells so great its so clean its so soft. I love this model. I also really enjoy that you can hook it up to an app to get notifications. Our laundry room is deep in our basement do its nice I can get the notifications while Im upstairs so I know exactly when to go down and tend to it. We bought LG for most of our other appliances and I am so happy we got it for our washer as well.

I was so surprised that the washer is big but Compare to the reviews its reachable inside the washer. My height is 5ft 7. So yeah its deeper for anyone shorter than 5ft 2. About the machine itself i like it. Its big useful and has functions i need. I can choose water temp spin level soil level etc its detail enough along with how long the washing would be. About the noise i find it okay a little silence than what my in-law has. The ring or alarm is quite loud i can hear from different room which is good. Oh and somehow my electricity is indeed affected but not as expensive as when you use laundromat or laundry service. Overall good. I might consider buy its dryer counterpart in the future

Love my new Washer

Enjoying my new washer and all the options it has to offer. Love the huge stainless steele tub. Its quiet and no vibration I do several loads of laundry a week. It does a great job. Only problem I have is reaching all the way to the bottom of the tub to retrieve laundry as the tub is so deep and I am rather short. Need a step stool at times. LOL. Otherwise very happy.

Great features but it broke within 2 weeks

I really liked the look and features of this washer. Unfortunately it self destructed 10 days after being delivered. It was beyond repair but LG is refunding the cost to me.

Night and Day Difference

I had an older model like this before and it was great. When I went to replace it there was a Samsung on sale that was almost the same price. It barely worked when compared to this unit. This washer is great. I dont know why I even considered the Samsung model to be honest and would never do so again.

Faulty on Arrival

Ive had the washer for almost a month now and still havent been able to run a cycle. Had to schedule a repair with LG. The tech says it has a bad pressure switch or circuit board. This us causing the badin to overflow on every cycle. Unfortunate that the washer brand new doesnt work properly. Hopeful once the replacement parts are installed it works adequately.
