How do I return an item?

Bring the receipt to the store within 60 days of purchase on stock items except: windows, appliances or special orders. Special order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Restock fee on $10.00 for stock window sizes in good condition.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept all the major Credit Card companies Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept Business Credit Cards, Money Orders and Cash.

Do I have to leave a deposit to order a special order item?

Yes! All special order items require a 100% deposit.

My Company is Tax Exempt, How do I place an order without Tax?

When placing an Order please provide your Tax Exemption form to us.
